The selection procedure consists of following steps:
Candidate should have appeared for the SET Test, conducted by SIU scheduled on May 3, 2008 (Visit www.set-test.org for more details / Registration for test).
The candidates who have appeared for SET and registered for SICSR will be considered for admission based on their SET test scores.
The first Merit list for admission to BBA (IT) and BCA programmes will be declared on May 31, 2008, and will also be displayed on the Institute's website. A letter will be sent to the selected candidates.
The selected candidate is required to prove his/her eligibility to secure the admission and pay the fees as per the schedule; otherwise the seat will be given to next candidate in the merit list.
The acceptance of fees by the Institute does not automatically mean that the admission is confirmed. The Institute will give provisional admission on receipt of fees, and will confirm the admission subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria of SIU.
