| The steps to be followed to fill the Application Form: |
Step 1: The last page of the Programme booklet contains User Id, Password and Prospectus Number. In case the User Id and Password are missing,
kindly follow steps given under Help Me section given below.

Step 2: The home page of SICSR web site www.symbiosiscomputers.com has a Login button. Click the button, which will open the Login Screen
|
Step 3: Enter the User Id and Password given to you. You will be asked to change the password and keep the new password safely for future use.

Step 4: You will be taken to Home Page assigned to you. Your User Id will be displayed on the page.

Step 5: The Home Page of the candidate will show a Menu bar on left hand side of the page, with multiple options. One of the options is Fill Application Form.

Step 6: Click Fill Application Form link to open the admission form.
|
Step 7: You will be required to fill in the information about your Personal details, Address for Correspondence and Permanent Address, Category,Educational and Experience details.

Step 8: After filling the form, click on the SUBMIT button.
|
Step 9: On click of SUBMIT button, the system will display the information for your confirmation. If the information is correct then click on SAVE button; otherwise click on Back button to make necessary changes.

Step 10: You can change the details filled by you with option Change Application Form until you print the form and send it to the Institute.

Step 11: To print the form, click on Print Application Form link. It will open a separate window showing the printable version of the form. Verify the details before printing and print the form using option File menu of your browser.

Step 12: Please paste a passport size photograph to the printed form and sign the form. The signed form should be sent to SICSR address after attaching the documents given in Step Number 13 below.

Step 13: The list of documents to be sent along with Application Form are
- Photocopy of SET registration document.
- a.Attested photocopy SSC and HSC mark lists. In case you are appearing for your last year examination, kindly attach photocopies of the Admit Card of the qualifying examination.
- An attested copy of the category certificate if applying for a category seat

| Step 14: Select Fill Dispatch Details option from the Menu bar of your home page to update postal details of the application form sent to SICSR.
