| The steps to be followed to fill the Application Form: |
Step 1: Purchase the SICSR Prospectus, refer to How to Buy Prospectus section above for the same

Step 2: The last page of the Prospectus contains a UserID, Password and Prospectus Number. In case the UserID and Password are missing,
follow steps given under Help Me section below.

Step 3: The home page of SICSR web site www.symbiosiscomputers.com has a Login button. Click the button to open the Login Screen.
|
Step 4: Enter the UserID and Password given to you. You will be asked to Change the password. Keep the new password safely as it will be required for logging-in to the site in the future.

Step 5: You will be taken to the Admissions Home Page. Your UserID will be displayed on the page.
|
Step 6: The Admissions Home Page will show a menu with many buttons on left hand side of the page.
|
Step 7: Click Fill Application Form link to open the admission form.
|
Step 8: You will be required to fill in the information about your Personal details, Address for Correspondence and Permanent Address, Category,Educational and Experience details.
|
Step 9: After filling the form, click on the SUBMIT button.
|
Step 10: On click of SUBMIT button, the system will display the information for your confirmation. If the information is correct then click on SAVE button; otherwise click on Back button to make necessary changes. After the form is saved correctly, you will be directed to Admissions Home Page.

Step 11: You can change these details filled by you using Change Application Form button, till the time you print the form.
|
Step 12: To print the form, click on Print Application Form button. It will open a separate window showing the printable version of the form. Verify the details before printing, and print the form using Print option in File menu of your browser. Paste a passport sized photograph in the space provided in the printed form and sign the form.

Step 13: Also, a Pro Forma of Certificate , included in the prospectus, has to be attached to the
printed form. It should have a seal and signature of the Principal/HOD/Registrar/Director
certifying that the applicant has obtained exact percentage on latest available
grades marks in the qualifying exam as per the university. This format of the certificate
is also available on www.symbiosiscomputers.com, How to Apply Page under
admissions.
The signed form along with the Pro Form of Certificate signed by the respective
authority, should be sent to SICSR's address.

Step 14: Once after sending the application form along with the Certificate A or B, re-login to our Admissions Home Page and Click on the Fill Dispatch Details button on Admissions Home Page to enter the Mailing details of the application form you sent to SICSR. Once the Dispatch Details are filled the Change Application Form and Print Application Form buttons will be disabled.
